You’ll receive your detailed report within 24 hours. It includes photos, descriptions of issues, and recommendations. Need it faster? Ask about our same-day rush service.

Q3: What’s included in the inspection?

Everything. We inspect the building structure, roof, plumbing, electrical, pest activity, moisture levels, and more. You also get thermal imaging to spot hidden water leaks and insulation problems.

Q4: Should I attend the inspection?

Yes, if possible. We encourage buyers to join the last 30 minutes. You can ask questions, see issues firsthand, and understand the property better. Many clients find this incredibly valuable.
